We are dedicated to promoting Traditional Chinese Gong Fu as passed down through the Northern Seven Star Praying Mantis system. Our goal is to develop students physical, mental and combative ability, while also learning Chinese Culture, History and Language. We employ concepts that have been utilised for thousands of years in a safe, fun, and engaging environment, allowing students to learn and develop essential life skills.
